"Class of 2020" is a song written and produced by Christian Strutz, a 2020 highschool senior who, like many other graduates, are missing out on their senior year celebrations due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This song is dedicated to all who are graduating this year, and 100% of the proceeds made off of the track over the next 2 months will go to Convoy of Hope to help them feed people affected by the COIVD-19 pandemic.*

Special thanks to all of the Class of 2020 seniors who lent their voices to sing in the background of the track.

We’ve spent the last several years
Putting up with our peers
Doing things like we’re told
The teacher said when we get old

We’d move on to do great things and
Doing school would give us wings
So we all hung from a string
While our lives unfold

When I was way too young
I thought the day would never come
It turns out that I was right
Our youth was stolen overnight

I never knew it’d be this bad
I never thought we’d be this sad
But who knew throughout the spring
We’d all share the suffering

All the schools are now empty
Just like our hopes for reality
Earth became hell because
Its heaven was too real for us

At least we’ll have a story from it
At least I got a song out of it
But one day we’ll all look back and
I’m pretty sure it won’t be worth it
